This place suits me perfectly! Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a coffee shop provide everything I need. I'll always remember the staff helping me find my lost necklace. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

the unit we got was great-sized and recently renovated with a terrace, a fantastic view, as example. a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and fridges worked well. the service was decent and the location was good.

This hotel is close to several restaraunts. Convienient to get out for a date. Downtown was nice to walk around and beautiful at night. The amenities of downtown are the only positive thing about this hotel.
The room at this hotel was awful. Very tiny. Low budget looking room. Not at all like the picture online. They put us on the third floor and our view was the building/outside seating area. First thing you saw was a bunch of bird poop out our window where birds have been sitting in the outdoor seating area ledge. The curtains would not stay closed and lights flooded in the room. The sink was broke. Not a very good value for our money. Not very nice for the money spent. Parking said it was $15 online and hotel charged $25 to bill. Although it's convienient to downtown, we will not stay here again. There are several other hotels in the vicinity. This is the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in.

I was pleased with great service. I was offered a room with lovely views of downtown. Everything was nice, but a few employees where aggressive. The location was marvellous for walking around Sundance Square.

When we finally had a clean room it was great.
Upon arrival, we were told that there were no more rooms with double beds and we would have a kind and a sleeper sofa: a small one. Didn't want to accept what they wanted to give us because I had reserved the room months in advance, we went to check out this awful mistake. The room was small to house a king and sleeper sofa. Once we opened the sleeper sofa, in the middle, it had a fairly fresh blood stain about the size of my fist. No sheets no pillows, no pillow cases, no liner or anything for the bed. Upon going back down stairs, they were going to send us to another room of the same demise. After much arguing and health concerns we were finally given what we had reserved.

The place was a nice surprise with super comfy beds and a mini fridge for my snacks, which made life easier. They have a lovely outdoor pool and sun loungers that were perfect for lounging around and catching some rays. Just a heads up, the parking garage can be a bit tricky to find, but overall, I had a great stay! ☀️

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Booked a King Room and it was so small, we barley had room to get around the bed. The other rooms I booked for King Rooms were a good size, but not mine. Very disappointed. For the costs, a free breakfast should be included.

Great location, and we also loved that we could charge food from neighboring restaurants to the room as their "room service"

The staff was polite, informative, and even would even chat with us. They made the stay very relaxing. The hotel is walking distance from everything available in down town. best location ever.
I wish they would have told us that our 13th floor room with a window would look out to a balcony that I couldn't get to. no view of Sun Dance Square and now balcony access.
